HITECH Shapes & Designs has been building foundry tooling since 1946.  The company evolved from hand-crafted wood and metal patterns to its present CNC capabilities. Some of these same pattern makers design the pattern tooling first as a 3D solid model, using Pro-e, Catia V5 or SolidWorks for the model, and Surfcam for the fully CNC machined tooling.

HITECH Shapes & Designs offers expertise in the design and prototyping of automatic molding tooling for economical casting in the foundry industry.  We have the internal capabilities to handle your projects from design to prototyping to the final product.

We are an ISO 9001:2000 company and will work with your internal design team to streamline internal production processes.  Working with your engineers, HITECH Shapes & Designs will be able to anticipate any changes required for the casting process beforehand via solid model transfer.  Tooling built from these approved solid models eliminates unwanted and costly surprises.
